12 Series Grain Carts have Computer Balanced BULLET Augers c/w Reinforced Flighting

A 20" BULLET auger with double flighting an the intake end will unload as quickly as a 22" auger! Computer balanced bullet augers (within 1 oz.) with reinforced flighting at critical wear points and 7/16” Max Edge Flighting with 7” or 10” pitch at intake for maximum unload speed and durability.

12 Series Models have Excellent Cleanout

All J&M grain carts have built a solid reputation for excellent cleanout... even in high moisture grain. The secret is in the tank design, allowing the grain to enter the sump at different speeds. This creates a boiling effect that prevents bridging in high moisture grains.

V4 Track Systems are an Economical Track System Designed for Grain Carts up to 1500 Bushel

V4 Trach Systems have many similar features to the Stabilizer Trax2, but do not have Suspension or Side Pivot.

J&M’s V4 track design features optimized geometry that utilizes a larger footprint for minimal compaction. Uniform spacing of the bogie wheels also helps reduce compaction. The improved spring tensioner requires less maintenance and creates a more uniform footprint that reduces rolling resistance. Unlike bronze bushings that require periodic greasing throughout the harvest season, V4 tracks utilize composite sleeve bushings. A single greasing before harvest can last the entire season and maximize the life and performance.

• 1 Swivel Hitch Alignment

  The convenient alignment mechanism uses two bolts for adjustment and is accessible from each side of the cart. Two steel keepers prevents loosening during operation.

• 2 Upper Tensioning Roller

  The upper tensioning roller keeps tension on the belt, limiting unsightly belt flop.

• 3 Tensioner

  V4 tracks feature a maintenance-free "Set it and forget it" spring tensioner, which eliminates the need for adjustment once set.
